Dr. Braly is pleased to announce the move of his practice to Fondren Orthopedic Group (FOG). FOG has been the pinnacle of Orthopedic care in the Houston area for decades, and Dr. Braly’s own father was a partner for over 30 years and a founding member Texas Orthopedic Hospital.
While the home of Fondren Orthopedic is the renowned Texas Orthopedic Hospital, Dr. Braly will also be establishing a state of the art clinic in Sugar Land, Texas, where he will continue to see patients.
We recognize you may have many questions about the continuation of your care, and Dr. Braly is committed to continuing your care throughout this transition.
We want to make this transition as seamless as possible for you, and want to minimize confusion. Over the next few weeks/months, Dr. Braly will transition your care to his new practice, and will remain credentialed at most, if not all, previous hospitals. Dr. Braly remains at your service to continue your care, perform your surgery, and follow you throughout your journey.
