How do I schedule an appointment with Dr. Braly?

Whether you are a new or established patient, please call our office directly at 832-500-8135 to schedule an appointment. Our team can help you get registered on time and provide you with the earliest availability at either our Sugar Land or Main Street office. Please notify the front staff if you have any previous clinical notes, imaging results, or other related information from your visit. If you do, please bring them with you to your visit, as we can upload them to our Fondren Orthopedic Group system.

What should I expect in a consultation with Dr. Braly?

Our team is committed to delivering patient-centered care tailored to your unique needs. Dr. Braly will evaluate your past medical history, imaging results, and any other relevant clinical information, along with a physical examination and a personal conversation, to provide you with a comprehensive evaluation and the best next steps, whether through medical treatment, diagnostic services, conservative management, or surgical interventions.

Does Dr. braly offer any telehealth options for consultations, follow-up, or post-operative visits?

For the initial consultation, it is preferred to come in person to obtain a thorough history and examination, which may include imaging or other diagnostic services. If there is a barrier to attending in person for your first consultation, please contact the office. For follow-up visits, the team is happy to arrange a telehealth option, as we understand that distance may be a barrier to accessing care. However, for sure follows ups or post-operative visits, such as your first and second post-operative visit, it is preferred to come in person to obtain an assessment and evaluation of your current progress out of surgery, especially as Dr. Braly may need to test your strengthening, range of motion, or get a new set of diagnostic imaging to ensure your recovery is on the right track. Please note that insurance may also determine telemedicine designations.

How do I schedule surgery with Dr. Braly?

Dr. Braly is committed to meeting your individual needs to support your overall health and well-being. After meeting with Dr. Braly during either your initial consultation or follow-up visits, Dr. Braly will be able to provide you with a series of next steps to guide you through this process, one of which may include surgery. You can schedule surgery with our team right away, giving you the earliest availability or scheduling based on your preferred timeframe. We also offer a waiting list for those interested in being scheduled much sooner than their original date. Additionally, suppose you are not ready to plan at the end of your visit. In that case, you are more than welcome to obtain our surgical details and contact us with any further questions, as well as to schedule a surgery date in the future.
